INVESTMENT
Ideally, I appreciate it when dogs have a basic understanding of commands like sit and stay. I'm patient and can adapt to your dog's skill level. For our first meeting, please have your pup on a leash. If they're particularly high-energy or reactive, please give me a heads up before the session.
Within 2 weeks after your session, you will receive an online gallery where you can view your images and choose from different prints, packages, and products.
Be sure to bring your dog's favorite treats and toys, or anything special you'd like in the photos such as outfits, costumes, sunglasses, bandanas, etc.
For extra fluffy pups, a grooming session a few weeks before the shoot is recommended, or at least a trim around their eyes.
Does my dog need to be well trained for the session?

How do I prepare for my session?
YES!!! I adore capturing the special connections between dogs and their humans! Get ready to join in for at least a few photos with your pup. I'd absolutely love that!
Can I be in the photos as well?
For sure! I'd be thrilled to capture your entire fur family! Your session can include up to 3 dogs; there's an extra fee of $100 per pet. Please plan to bring another person along with you to help manage the other dogs
Can I do a session with multiple dogs?
Certainly! While you do get 5 digital images of your choosing of each pet if there is more than 1, additional digital images can be bought separately. I highly recommend printing your images as a form of artistic celebration for your pet portraits.
Session duration will depend on the location and the behavior of the dog during the session. Some dogs need a bit more time to relax, and are more easily distracted than others. Typically sessions taken anywhere from 30-40 minutes.

How long will the session be?
I am a natural light, on-location photographer. Together we will choose the perfect location for your session. Often times I set up outside in your driveway or garage! The images here on this page were taken with my backdrop set up outside on a driveway. I do not have a typical studio; my studio is my garage ;)
Simply by selecting either of the "Book Now" or "Get In Touch" Buttons. Once you are all booked, I will send you a contract, questionnaire where the session type can be selected, and invoice to pay the session fee to secure your date.
Where will my session be held?
I am located in Champlin, Minnesota but will often travel for my portrait sessions. Any sessions outside of a 30 mile radius of Champlin (55316) may require an additional travel fee of $50.
