I am equipped to offer this service to schools, co-ops, and homeschool groups of varying sizes, ranging from small groups of children to larger institutions with up to 1,000 students.
What is the capacity for accommodating students?
I collaborate with each school individually to arrange photoshoots at any point throughout the academic year.
Most definitely! When I was in college I worked for a before and after school program in the White Bear Lake School District called Extended Day. Also, I was a Certified Medical Assistant for nearly 25 years and for 4 years of that I worked in Pediatrics. I have also raised my now 19 year old all on my own!
All schools are photographed indoors in a well lit room with natural light flowing in from a large window or windows. A backdrop is used.
Homeschool groups and Homeschool co-ops usually prefer the outdoors, so these are typically photographed outdoors in a nature setting.

I operate exclusively online, connecting families to private/secure galleries for convenient ordering. These galleries are organized by child or family, or any suitable grouping for the school. Each child will receive 2-5 images, available in both color and black and white. Families have the freedom to select their desired photos for printing, instead of having a pose pre-determined for them. Additionally, I offer boutique products and digital images for future printing and archiving. To ensure smooth photo day experiences, a comprehensive PDF guide outlining ordering procedures and preparations will be provided to each school for distribution among families.
- Prints are conveniently ordered online and delivered directly to the school within 2-3 weeks of picture day. Direct delivery option is also available.
- I come equipped with all the necessary photography equipment for the day.
- The school receives all PSPA files from me for yearbook purposes.
- I handle any inquiries from parents and families regarding orders and products.
- Depending on the school's requirements, I capture staff and class photos.
