I started my life out in shell.
I was extremely shy until I was about 14 or 15 years old. Half way through 9th grade, I made a conscious choice and action to NOT be that person any more because it was just too agonizing being sooooo uncomfortable in my own skin.
Every now and then this part of me will creep up but I am OK with that because it is a part of me 🙂
Since starting my photography journey a year and a half ago I have discovered more and more depths of myself I never even knew existed. It has now become habit and maybe even an obsession and I want to continue to unearth new parts of myself.
I have discovered this passion within my passion, and as a result, I have also developed a drive to want to help other women (other people) do the same.
When my beautiful friend asked me to take some Boudoir photos of her I squealed with excitement! Boudoir is a beautiful way to express oneself … ones fierceness. There really is an empowerment with getting in front of the camera and releasing your vulnerability. We can all be so critical of ourselves. I want you to feel beautiful and to see yourself the way others see you!
