How Shannon Kathleen Photography collects, uses, and protects information shared through this website and its services.
The short version:
I collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide photography and profile-related services, process purchases, and communicate with you. I do not sell your personal information.

Shannon Kathleen Photography uses Kit to manage email subscriptions and marketing communications.
If you voluntarily join my email list, request a free resource, make certain digital purchases, or otherwise choose to receive marketing emails, Kit may process information such as your name, email address, subscription status, and email engagement information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent me from sending necessary transactional or client-service communications related to an active inquiry, booking, purchase, gallery, contract, or service.
I may use information you provide to respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective and current clients, schedule and manage sessions, provide photography and profile-related services, deliver galleries or digital products, complete Profile Audits and strategy services, process purchases, maintain appropriate business records, send requested resources, manage email subscriptions, improve the website and client experience, protect against fraud or misuse, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.
I do not sell your personal information or client information.
Some services involve information that is more personal in nature.
Clients purchasing dating photography, profile strategy, a Match-Ready™ Profile Audit, or another profile-related service may voluntarily provide photographs, dating-profile screenshots, prompts, biographies, profile preferences or goals, information about their dating experience, and other materials relevant to the service requested.
I use these materials to provide the service you hired me to perform.
Client profile materials are not made publicly available simply because they were submitted to Shannon Kathleen Photography.
Photographs, testimonials, client stories, or other identifying client materials are used publicly only in accordance with the permissions, releases, or agreements applicable to that client.
Please do not submit sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the service you are requesting.

These providers may process personal information when necessary to perform the services they provide to me.

I do not sell my client list or authorize service providers to use client information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to the business.
Payments for photography and certain services may be processed through HoneyBook.
Certain purchases made through Kit may be processed through Stripe.

Shannon Kathleen Photography does not intentionally collect or store your complete credit-card number directly on this website.
Payment information processed by HoneyBook, Stripe, or another payment provider is also subject to that provider’s own privacy and security practices.
I take reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information entrusted to Shannon Kathleen Photography.
However, no website, email service, cloud platform, payment processor, client-management system, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
