Please don’t copy or misuse my work, and remember that photography and profile strategy can strengthen how you present yourself —but no service can guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or other dating outcomes. Clients who book services are also subject to their signed agreement.

Photography and profile strategy can help create a clearer, more current, and more intentional representation of who you are.
They cannot control how other people respond.
Shannon Kathleen Photography does not guarantee any particular number or quality of matches, likes, messages, conversations, dates, relationships, app performance, or other dating outcome.
Dating results may be influenced by many factors outside my control, including app algorithms, geographic market, personal preferences, age range, profile activity, communication style, timing, platform choice, and the preferences and behavior of other users.
Any discussion of client experiences, observations, improvements, or outcomes is intended to describe an individual experience—not promise that another person will experience the same result.
The goal of my work is stronger self-representation and a clearer profile foundation, not a guaranteed dating result.
Shannon Kathleen Photography provides photography and profile-related strategy services.
Content on this website may discuss dating profile photography, image selection, photo order, written-profile presentation, prompts, first impressions, wardrobe, location strategy, dating apps, and other aspects of how someone presents themselves online.
This information is educational and strategic in nature.
Shannon Kathleen Photography is not a matchmaking service, dating coach, therapist, mental-health provider, legal advisor, medical provider, or provider of personalized relationship counseling.

Digital products, downloads, educational resources, Match-Ready™ Profile Audits, or other services may have separate refund or cancellation terms stated at checkout or during booking.
Nothing on this general Terms page overrides a more specific cancellation or refund policy that you accepted as part of a particular purchase or client agreement.
Where no separate policy is stated, please contact Shannon Kathleen Photography before purchasing if you have questions about cancellation or refund eligibility.
Payments for photography and certain services may be processed through HoneyBook. Certain digital products or other purchases made through Kit may be processed through Stripe.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Shannon Kathleen Photography does not intentionally collect or store complete credit-card information directly through this website.
Payment processing, security, and transaction handling are also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Additional payment terms may appear in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, client agreement, or product-specific terms and will apply to that transaction.
Prices, packages, inclusions, promotions, travel dates, booking availability, and service offerings may change from time to time.
Displaying a price or service on this website does not guarantee that the service will remain available indefinitely or that a specific date can be reserved.
Any pricing, package, or availability information confirmed in a signed agreement, accepted proposal, or completed purchase will govern that transaction.
Obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors may be corrected when discovered.
Information about photography sessions, the Match-Ready™ Profile Audit, profile strategy, school or homeschool photography, personal branding, senior portraits, travel sessions, and other services may appear on this website.
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a client relationship or reserve a date.
A service is considered booked only when the booking requirements communicated for that service have been completed, which may include a signed agreement, payment, retainer, completed booking file, or other required step.
Photography clients and purchasers of certain strategy or related services may be subject to a separate contract, proposal, invoice, questionnaire, booking file, or service-specific terms.
Those documents govern the details of that client relationship, including matters such as deliverables, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, image use, licensing, payment obligations, and service scope.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that client engagement.
When you submit an inquiry, questionnaire, form, photograph, profile screenshot, testimonial, message, or other material to Shannon Kathleen Photography, you represent that you have the right to provide that material for the purpose for which it is submitted.
Submitting material for a private photography, Profile Audit, strategy, or client service does not automatically give Shannon Kathleen Photography permission to publish it publicly.
Public use of client photographs, testimonials, stories, or other identifying materials remains subject to the permissions, releases, agreements, or approvals applicable to that client.
Please do not send unlawful material, content that infringes another person's rights, or private information about another person that you do not have authority to share.
Shannon Kathleen Photography may offer downloadable guides, checklists, educational materials, templates, profile resources, email resources, or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products and resources are provided for the purchaser's or recipient's personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, reproduce for others, sublicense, upload to a shared resource library, or commercially exploit purchased or downloaded materials without written permission.
Purchasing or receiving a digital resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Any additional license or usage terms stated on the product page or at checkout also apply.
Photographs displayed on this website are protected by copyright and may not be downloaded, copied, altered, cropped, filtered, reproduced, distributed, used in advertising, or otherwise used without appropriate permission.
The presence of a client's photograph on this website does not mean that the image is available for public or commercial use by others.
For photography clients, ownership, copyright, personal-use licenses, publication permissions, model releases, and other image rights are governed by the applicable client agreement and permissions.
